Makro Food Service Superstore
Overall the Makro market makes a welcome addition to the Hua Hin’s selection of shopping centers and markets is especially well received by the expat community looking to purchase imported goods that often prove difficult to find anywhere else in town.
Prices are reasonable and often lower than elsewhere but like anything else you should shop around and check prices elsewhere to get the best deal. The nice thing about Makro is that they stock a large selection of wholesale goods so if you are willing to buy in bulk then you’ll get the best deals.
The store itself is well laid out with a light and airy feel to it, wide shopping isles and polite and courteous staff.
If you are a regular visitor to Tesco Lotus or Villa Market, especially if you are on the lookout for a few home country items to make your favorite dish, then you should take a look around Makro. Products have been especially selected to meet the needs of this international community here so you’ll have more choice when it comes to imported goods than at other Makro stores.
